Rush in 4 days!!

I’m so stoked! Saturday night is the big Rush concert! I'm going with some old high school buds that I've knows for 20+ years. They are going to stop by my house and pick me up, told them I’d demo the Rush CD (well, in my case the album in pure WAV format) on my system for them (they've never been to my house). Im going to make wish they were listening to the concert just to avoid the damage their ears are going to get from me dropping 80 on the Onkyo :)

    Ughh, I was so mad that I missed them at SPAC in June.

    Have fun though, I've heard good things.

    I have tix for the Aug 8th show @ RED ROCKS!!

    I have been to well over a hundred concerts/shows in my 44 years, and RUSH has never let me down. Lets just say they always rank within the top ten.

    I too am going to see them Saturday. My first Rush show since Hold Your Fire in 1988. In fact, I'm spending about $700 to fly down and see them from Alaska! It WILL be worth it! I cant wait......

    This will be my 4th Rush concert.

    PM: If you haven’t been to the new amp theater, I think you'll really like it. Most concert don’t go to the Rose garden in Portland any more. Works good for me since I’m only 4ish miles away :)

    My mom took me to my first Rush concert when I was 7 in 1976. 2112! I went to every tour after that until I left for Alaska in 1988. I am psyched to see this tour not only because it's been so long for me, but also because I think the new album is the best thing they have put out in over 20 years.

    My sister and her bf were there too. I have yet to see Rush in concert.. I hear they're excellent though.

    Hold Your Fire in 88 was the first and only time that I have seen Rush. They came to Halifax, NS and it was a great show. My friends parent drove us to Halifax. I would love to see them again.
