db6500 vs MMC6500

Hi guys,
I need your advice with this one. I'm torn between db6500 and MMC6500.
Is MMC6500 worth the extra $100? Is there a significant difference in the quality of audio produced?
Another question is about the amplifier... I'm planning on getting the Hifonics Titan Series TXi6406 Amplifier or Hifonics Zeus Series ZXi6406 Amplifier If I opt for db6500 since I could spend the $100 I save from the speaker for the Amps.
Do you guys have any suggestion on which amplifier to get and any feedback/comments regarding the Hifonics Amps if ever you have tried it already.
Thank you very much and have a nice day!

Yes. ALWAYS buy the best set of speakers you can afford. They are the most important part of your system. The Momos are much better than the DB's.
Not a big Hifonics fan myself. But if you can get them easily and can get a reasonable price on them and they meet your power requirements then I say go for it.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

@eloplayspolo> The MMC650 is for the Rear right? Coz i'm not planning on putting anything in the rear btw I drive a Mazda 6
Thanks for all the help guys! I'll post some pics after I setup the car. -
I have the following momo's:
mmc6500
mmc525
mmc690
Couldn't be happier! I'd say go for the momo's, but I haven't personally had experience with the db6500 so I couldn't say for sure. -
i just put some DB's in my girlfriend's car and let me tell you, those things rival my MMC6500's. they aren't the same, of course, but i think i might get some 6x9's for some rear noise as well. they really are outstanding speakers for around 80 bucks. At Home:
