How to wire 4 8" Momos

I'm planning on adding two 8" momo subs into each side panel of my car. Is there any way I could wire them up off of one amp? I know I could do each pair wired in parallel of an amp that does 400x1 at 2ohm. What would be the best way to wire them? It doesnt matter if theyre svc or dvc, since I havent ordered them yet.

I'ts not that you can't wire up 4 subs for the 2 ohm load- if you went with the DVC models you could wire up the two left side subs at 1 ohm, the two right side subs at 1 ohm, then wire both sides in series to the amp for a total of 2 ohms, but each woofer would only see 100 watts in that scenario, and you'd probably end up running your amp into clipping trying to get them to perform.

If you're liking the concept of 8" Momo subs, each woofer will be wanting 200 watts RMS. I'd recommend running two SVC 8" Momos wired parallel @ 2 ohms to make perfect use of 400 watts of amp power at the 2 ohm rating...unless adding a second identical amp was an option.

if u want the svc get a d class amp that is around 700-900 watts rms at 1ohm

yeah, should have mentioned that I dont have any equipment yet, so I could use the same principle? Wire each side to 1ohm, then series both sides for a 2ohm load at the amp, with an amp that does ~800rms @ 2ohm? How would I wire each side to 1ohm with the DVC's?

that amp will work i think with dvc i think. im still kinda new to car audio too i just learned the svc i never have had a dvc.

and then the subs will be getting around 200 watts each

wait it says u are adding 2 subs. does that mean you already have 2 and an amp? if so just get a new amp 400 watts at 2ohms it will be cheaper by like 100 or 200 bux

That amp would work fine, give you the right amount of power for 4 8" Momos. Are you sure you need that many subs?

i would go with only two 10" or 12" subs, but they are too deep to fit in the rear side panels where i want them to go. i assume that the four 8"s would be around the same output as two 10 or 12"s.

im shooting for something like this (its an 06 GTO):
