CSi5 center space constraints
I would love to buy this as my center rather than the CSi3 however I had a question about its size -
The speaker will go below a 45 x 80 inch projector screen into a custom built bench. 16 inches is about all I have in depth (speaker is 14.5 inch deep). I will flip the speaker to angle it up to the listener.
I read in another post about ports in the back. How will the speaker sound be impacted with little room at the rear and possibly fairly tight on the sides?
Any alternatives? Could an in-wall speaker be built into a custom bench instead? Which model would you recommend for that?
(Fronts are in-wall: tc65i)
Thanks, this is a great forum - very educational; I'm glad I read before buying!

As long as the back is open and has a little room to breathe I don't think you will have a much of a problem.I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D

There would be a wall actually at the back. So it is quite a tight space.
