RTi4 Surrround Stands/Height

I recently moved to a new place and need to find a way to setup my RTi4 as my rear surrounds. I am looking for stands; but need some advice.
After doing some searching, I understand my rear surrounds ideally should be above ear level (~37 inches while on the couch). That being said I am having trouble finding stands that will: A) put the tweeter's at ~47 inches and
hold the weight of the RTi4's (~14lbs.).
I purchased the Sanus EL28's, but then quickly canceled the order after realizing those stands would put the surround directly at ear level.
I am now trying to figure out of a sat stand (ex. Sanus ELSAT) or something similar in height adjustment would hold the weight of an RTi4. Sanus says 10 lbs; the RTi4's are ~14 lbs.
Both rear's will be tucked slightly behind my seating area and will never be bumped into or knocked around.
I would appreciate any suggestions/help on this one.
