Never knew the pitting was that serious, and these are definitely wheels to keep squeaky clean. Looks like we have our Saturday mornings booked for the next 10 years or so...
If you let it go and it mixes with water (rain) over time it will pit. If you just go a couple weeks or so between cleanings, no harm done. Winter salt and water and brake dust is the killer however.
