Seriously in need of help with rear speakers!!!

I had a guy come to install RC55i's in wall this PM, and he said there is not enough room in between my studs on one side. So, I had him run speaker wire up there to a hole, and now I have to put speakers on the wall. I have Rti6 fronts and Csi3 center. What can I put up there that will match and look good(very important) I know Rti4 will work, but I think they will look weird just hung on a wall. Also the speaker wire comes out about 8 feet high. Will the Rti4's just point across the top of the room. I just bought a HK AVR 745, so I want to have something good! Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
