Yet another!!

Just found out today that our small, but growing city now has a new music store that carries vinyl. That makes for a total of 3 vinyl shops in Des Moines now! It's called Homer's. Seems they are just a small chain that got started in Omaha, NE.

I stopped by and found a few gems in the short time I was there. They don't have as large a vinyl selection as our other 2 stores, but from what I can tell the staff is extremely knowledgeable.

It's nice having small independent music shops where you can actually get answers to questions, and even get some good suggestions.

    You lucky dog! Three in the area!:eek: :eek: :eek: The only one around here closed down last month. . . they carried mostly CDs but had some nice vinyl picks.

    Thanks for the invite! Due to losing my Grandfather to cancer I haven't been out your way in just over a year. I am however hoping to make it out there sometime this fall. If we do I'll be sure to get in touch with you ahead of time.
