MOV video file to AVI convertor software?

Anyone know a cheap way to get this done? Any suggestions?

    Should this software also work on Mpg files. I have some new videos to convert to AVI format which work on their own, but only convert it as 4x4 pixs or something. In short not working :(:confused::confused::confused:

    If you download AVS video converter, I might have a serial code that could work for you.

    (I bought it, so don't worry about...jacking stuff.)

    I paid $35 for it and I'm not even using it...

    I've already uninstalled. ;) The code is located in my email. I can't get my DVD burner to work so the program isn't really good for anything after all.

    Well talking about videos does anyone know how to "Stream" a video? I got the video done which the Windows Media converter worked the only thing that did the source mpg file I say was a bit odd to start with.
