Hey guys looking for Polkies in the Midwest regions (I.e St.Louis Mo.,Paducah, Ky., Evansville In. or Effingham, IL.).

It hard to find any guys around southern IL that are into audio/video Gear. We have one small store in town that installs but that guys seams to be a Tool.

    Champaign has at least one really good store. (maybe 2)

    There are a few central il polkies and a ton of people up in the chicago area. If you ever make it up Peoria way - you are always welcome to stop by.

    Some time We should try and get a Mini- polkfest together "unofficial". Just a bunch of people hanging out eating good food and shooting the BS.

    Thanks for the complements on my equipment! it has been a long hard road but I still have a few more things I want.

    As for Chicago, Its about 4hrs north of me and Truthfully I've only been to Joliet once.

    You missed it by just a couple of months... (skip to the back pages for the interesting stuff (Post 432 on)) Mike in Bloomington ended up hosting it and it was a great time with a bunch of gear to listen to.

    I am sure we will end up having another one.
