Best AVR for LC65i, LCi-C, LC*fx system?
I'm designing a new HT/music system (5.1 or 7.1)
Need to use in-wall's (perhaps in-ceiling side/rear surrounds), both to place L/C/R behind a large AT screen and to fit my small (14'x12') room.
I thought about the LC* series, but don't know what AVR would handle the four ohm loads of the LC* series.
I'm looking at AVR's such as the Denon 3808ci and the Onkyo 875 (to set a budget range...). I tend to purchase in the middle to upper-middle of the price/performance range. I also tend to keep equipment a long time, so I purchase carefully....
Thoughts?

Since you are a careful buyer & keep for years, you should go with separates. Look at Outlaw Audio, Rotel, Parasound, Sunfire. They cost more money, but since you will keep them for years, it will be well worth the extra expense.
To drive an all LSI lineup, you need amplifier power of at least 200wpc. Or you can get a lower cost receiver with all the bells & whistles you want & get a separate 5-7 channel 200wpc amp.
This topic comes up a lot here, so do a search & have fun reading.
