I've heard of but never heard the flats. Any insight? Gimmick? Viable? There's a beat up pair covered in hair and beat all to hell on the sides on e-bay. Just wondering if they're something worth giving a listen to for future reference.
In other words, and I know this is a long shot especially here, will they compare to or be better than the 8t set that I already have on the front stage?
