So I have been struggling with the decision of should I stay in Michigan or move to the Chicago area (where I have more friends) for some time now. In a little while I'll be fully vested at work (1 month, 5 days) so there isn't a lot keeping me around. Plus work isn't great and there are not a lot of jobs in Michigan for engineers anyway. And I feel like I need a change in my life.
Well today I think I saw a sign telling me to get the hell out. My favorite restaurant, Joe Chicago's Pizza company is closed! I am totally shocked. I thought they were doing well, and I think they were getting ready to open a second store too. I mean, I loved this place, great staff and great food. I can't even begin to express how much I this sucks, no better pizza in Michigan in my opinion. There are times I would sit down and the wait staff would deliver my drink and let me know my pizza is already in the oven! And I just walked in! I'm really bummed out now.
