Well as luck would have it, unit is having a fit today, not wanting to recognize where disks are and where they aren't loaded. Parts only type of sell at this point. No longer for sell, if you want it for parts or something give me a PM.

Carver 5 disk changer, made from 91-93. I do not have the remote, I am sure most universal remotes will have the Carver codes build in. No box or manual either, just this player. I bought with someother equipment as a package and do not need it. I have had it hooked up to my livingroom stereo and it has played flawlessly for a month now. The display works, but has some horizontal lines of less brightness, you can see it in the pictures.

Text stole off the net:

Outstanding example of Bob Caver's finest effort in his heyday. The SD/A-350 was a top line 5 disc rotary CD player offered by Carver in the 90's. Its solid construction and smooth operation is a joy to experience. Includes the original remote and owner’s manual.

The SD/A-350 features simple soft touch controls and a near silent transport mechanism. The electroluminescent display is gorgeous and easily readable from across the room. It can be programmed for selected playback and has index selection for cds so encoded. The Soft EQ (formerly known as “Digital Time Lens”) circuit can be used to tame harsh recordings or bypassed if desired.

This unit is virtually flawless in appearance. It is as clean as the day it was born and functions flawlessly. This unit tracks much better than other players I have used, it is very good on damaged discs. It reads CD-rs fine, absolutely no problems as earlier Carver models often have.

The unit measures 19" across the rack mountable face, 17" across the body, 16" deep and 6" tall.
