my moive poster hit the ground

i was putting the fornt fraim back on to my back lit movie poster box and the wire i used broke i dubbled up on the 50 lb wire and it still broke the front fraim came apart and i got a small rip in my poster i whave to do alot of work to it now this realey made me mad

    i bult a fraim out of 1x2 slect pine and painted it to match my polks the rip is not bad it is a 1/4 of a inch long and travels diagonal and it is my disney alantis teaser poster but it wont fall any more i used a piece of wood and a lag bolt to atach the lite box to the wall but i have alot of work botting the fraim back toghtr and painting it agin

    You built a light box/frame for this poster? Or a poster frame with a light attached? Can you post a pic?

    here is a pic of the light box with out the fraim with i have to fix i have 3 3 ft bulbs and i used 2 cheap shop lights for their ballasts 12 for the 2 shop lights vs 34 for a ballast

    That's VERY cool! Does the light come thru the poster? Is the poster a "gel" or translucent? What does this do to the poster?

    you know when you go to the movies and the poster are lit up from behind this is what it dues but works best with 2 sided posters
