Hope someone here can shed some light because I may be loosing it!

I have recently purchased the CSi3 center speaker and at 1st it seemed as if there was rich and lively sound comming from the 2 midwoofers and from the dome tweeter. After 3 days it seems as if sound is only comming out from the dome tweeter while the other 2 remain semi silent. I have made sure that all of the wiring to the speakers/receiver and settings on the receiver havent changed. It was all the same, Nothing was touched. Is there something wrong with the speaker or was I just imagining that there was loud lively sound being produced from the midwoofers? It once sounded lively and booming with bass and now it sounds as if soft faint echos are comming from the midwoofers and the only sound is from the tweeter. Any info would be great! Thanks.

    Welcome to The Club!

Assuming you have checked all the basics; wiring, jumper between posts on the back, etc. I would make sure you're listening to the same material CD/DVD from the same source CD/DVD player. If you were using any of the "surround modes" on your receiver make sure that is the same as well.

Were any changes made in the receiver, change the center from large to small or the crossover frequency. If everything is exactly the same it's possible there is an issue with the speaker and I would suggest contacting the very helpful Polk tech support.
