    Ya, totally excited. They definitely are using everything they have, but it is working. I enjoy that they are continuing the story, but the landscape change outside the city should provide for some new challenges. From watching the videos though, it does seem like they have updated things a little from episode 1 (which IMO was exactly the same as its parent game, but still awesome). The landscape seems to be more interactive, the map seems less limiting, and the graphics seem a little sharper. All in all, I am too excited.

    I prefer FEAR's over Half Life's. I played Half Life once thru, and it was ok. For some reason I just didn't love it. Gave it to my dad, and he's addicted! Ha. He can't wait for Episode Two to come out. Oh well, to each his own :)

    It comes with Portal and Team Fortress 2.... Team Fortress 2 looks really great. Pixarish graphics and very cartoony so classes are very recognizable. Great idea.

    A lot of people on forums and that I speak to are upset about TF2, they were hoping it would be more like the original.

    I've played half life 2 for the xbox... I know it only has single player, but it was still a blast to play while it lasted (and the DD was one of the best I heard on the xbox). I don't quite understand the title though, should this be half life 2: episode 3?

    There are so many realsistic class based games out there it is hard to count. There is Enemy Territory Quake Wars coming out in a month or two for those people, or there is Day of Defeat or BattleField games or Red Orchestra is you are really hardcore. TF2 looks like the first quality team FPS (Shadowrun = meh, especially for $60!) to go in a new direction. Plus you really can't argue with the ridiculous value of the Half Life 2 Episode 2 package... (4 single player games and TF2).

    The Half-Life 2 Orange box will be the best value around for 360.
