Throw'n back some Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar right now, a nice healthy chunk of it. Chasing it with an ice cold Widmer Hefeweizen. mmm mmm good!

There's always part of a Tillamook 2 lb. baby loaf in my fridge.

I love cheese too, yet have developed an intolerance of dairy as of late (get stomach discomfort). so far my remedy has been to suffer and not whine like a crybaby. Works for ice cream too :D

I love cheese as well. Due to high cholesterol, I cut back from almost daily REAL old cheddar (10 yr+) to once a month maybe.

One triscuit cracker with a slice that old cheddar, a few smoked oysters and some olive pieces. WOW!
