Something still wasn't right with the right 1C...just not as alive or dynamic. Steve gave me permission to swapout the drivers in the CRS+s. I was really hoping it wasn't the crossover. I replaced all 4, noting after speaking with Steve and looking at his copy of the compendium that the 6511s & 10s were stereo/sda drivers on the 1Cs and just the opposite on the CRS+s. So Friday I checked it out and there was considerable difference. The right side came equal in impact and pop...I'm so glad. Today I checked the CRS+s with my drivers installed and they sounded pretty good...slightly off on the right again, but good. I found that the 6510 stereo driver wasn't pushing nearly as much air as the other 3...so I think that's the culprit. I'm not sure why, in the dimensional array config this driver would throw the 1C off as much as it did. The CRSs don't sound nearly as unbalanced.
Any thoughts?

That should be a dimensional driver in your 1C's, or are you talking about when it was in the CRS+? If you swap your 6510's does the right speaker sound better and the problem shifts left? -
