Upgrading older RM system...suggestions
I'm considering upgrading an older RM 2000 sub/sat system that I purchased over 10 years ago. There's nothing mechanically wrong with the speakers, I'm just wanting something new, and perhaps a little fuller in terms of sound.
I have the RM satellites for the front left/right channels hooked up to the passive Polk sub they came with.
I currently have a CS 200 center channel, a PSW 100 sub hook up at line level for the low frequency effects and some dipole Cambridge Soundworks speakers for the rear.
I'm considering purchasing a pair of the following speakers for the new front left/right channels and need some thoughts as two what would be the best bang for the buck...All of these are somewhat in the same price range.
I'm looking for the best, most neutral, uncompressed, natural sound here.
RTi4's
OR
a pair of Monitor 40's
OR
a pair of Monitor 50's
Thanks for any help, and please feel free to let me know what more information I could provide.
I appreciate any and all feedback.
Thanks,
Dan

My subwoofer is a PSW 50 not a PSW 100
Current receiver is an Onkyo TX-DS595
Thanks again,
Dan
