can i wire this to a 1 ohm load? and how? they are two 2 ohm svc right? or is that after being wired in parralel?

    Its a 2 ohm load.

    i know its a 2 ohm load.... can i change it to 1 ohm was the question.

    12-2 ?? that's a dual 2 ohm coil is it not? if so, wired in parallel, that's 1 ohm.

    Right. Which is why I wrote "NO" in my reply.

    Its a pair of 4 ohms subs wired in parallel and running out to a single terminal. Its a 2 ohm load. The only way to get a 1 ohm load would be to buy a 2nd DB212-2.

    Or replace the subs with DVC's.
