what is the LOWEST safe operating range of the mmc6500 tweeter? i know i should avoid going below a certain frequency as to avoid damage...

    It depends on the slope.

If youre using a 30 db slope then you could go down pretty low.

Either way, I wouldnt go below 3 KHz.

im biamping using my c400.4, so i suppose 75 rms to them. the birth sheet says 98watts, so im unsure if that's per channel or for a set of channels. either way does it make a difference how many amps are running to it?
and also im not sure which slope to use, 12 or 24db/oct
do the midrange and tweeter's slope have to match? what's the difference if you slope them differently?
last question: how far does the midrange frequency extend? doesn't sound like it would blend with the highs very well, demoing it by itself...ok, im done now lol.

The slopes do not have to match but I would use the 24db setting. It creates a quicker roll-off. As you can see in the graph the higher db cuts off the frequency sharper. That is ideal. I will have Kim post on here as well. He has more specs on the individual speakers than I do.
