No I didn't know they came out with it unless it was in a layered SACD. Did you see it somewhere?

Have you compared it to the SACD?

If properly done, you don't need more than 2 channels for music ;)

I'm not impressed with multi-channel formats for music. So it wouldn't be fair to have me compare the two.

Thanks Doug! Do you have Jazz at the Pawnshop? I've seen the CD set for $45 and would be great to listen to it before I bought it.

I have the XRCD version of it. If the weather is decent I'll give you a call and take a motorcycle ride over to your place and let you borrow it. PM me your cell#, I think I have it but not sure. Doug.

Perhaps we could all get together. Aaron and I have been trying to set a side some time so I can hear the new gear and the new room. Keep me posted if it works out in the next couple of days.

Plus, daboyz and I are going to get together soon as he is buying my Athena's and we want to shoot the **** and have a couple beers. You guys need to hear the SDA's and Doug, you need to get these LSi's outta here before I change my mind :D;):p

What I was thinking is heading over to Aaron's with the 9's because he wants to hear them w/ his new dac sometime in the next few days or a night next week. Then maybe you could get them then. I wanted to have daboyz and Aaron and Michelle (you are welcome too Doug but you know what SDA's sound like) over maybe next weekend to hear the SDA's, shoot the ****, meet Dave, have a few beers, etc. You could get the 9's then.

This weekend is bad for me because I will be out of town part of Saturday and we are celebrating Father's Day this Sunday since everyone was busy last Sunday.

    Taking this to PM now.

I get back from a few days in Puerto Rico (business unfortunately!) next Saturday around noon. So getting together next Sat afternoon, evening would work great for me!
