Rubber Speaker Isolation Pads? Where to buy extra?

I got a stand and a pair of R150 bookshelves. The rubber speaker isolation pads that came with the Sanus stand wasn't really "sticky" enough to hold my speaker onto the stand. My speaker actually fell down. Does anyone here know where to buy some extra speaker isolation pads? Thanks.

probably what you had was something similar to this:
available HERE.
the problem with these is that your speakers arent heavy enough to really anchor them, and new pads probably wont help (with some exception, i am sure).
depending on the construction of your stands, you might try something more like this:

Actually, the first picture you posted are what I call rubber corner stands to lift the speaker above the level. I was looking for double sided sticky rubber pads that can "grab" onto the speakers. (one side sticks to the stand, the other side sticks on to the speaker) Is the second picture you had shown double sided?

they are velcro disks, and both halves are backed in a pretty strong adhesive. no isolation going on, but your speaker wont fall off.
i imagine one can spend more on these sort of pads than the speakers and stands cost together. you may find this article interesting, though the page appears a bit dated.
