FXi5 or In-walls/ceilings

I am looking at getting my rear speaker situation figured out..

Could I run all my rear/side surround in the ceiling? How would the AQ be compared to 4 FXi5. I really like the fxi5 but the thought of 4 of them hanging on the wall may not go over to well with "her"

These will supplement 2 rti12's and a csi5

go fxi3s, smaller and they sound damn good still. Small difference between those and the 5s anyway.

It will work out fine. 4 FXi5 work for my friend setup just fine.
