I recently moved and took the plunge - upgraded my system. I now have a pair of gtRti12’s, a Csi5, PSW505, and two pairs of Fxi5’s.
My room is longer than the theater area (38x12). The actual area for the theater is about 24x12. I’m looking to make the absolute best/optimal setup. I haven’t really seen much info on setting up a 7.1 system.
Can anyone assist me? Best placement for sub, and four surrounds would be great, as well as bi-amping info for the Rti12’s (massive improvements? difficult?)

side speakers = left and right of seating position. You might have to use speaker stands for the fxi5's because the HT area is smaller then the room. rear speaker behind seating area spit evenly from each other. if you divide the back area, where they will be, into 5 sections put speakets in 2nd and 4th section. Try sub in various locations fromthe corner out to see what sounds best to you. make sure center is pointed towards your head by tilting it.
    Enjoy
