Hi Jerry, it should do just fine until you decide you want more power!;)

Of course you realize that that 140wpc is being divided between all of your speakers.

A 140 wpc will drive your RTi8's and CSi5 just fine; I have mine with a Denon 3803 that's only 110 WPC (I think), and I am perfectly happy with it. No external amp needed.

And pick the 5 over the 3; you won't regret it.
