how hard would this be in a vehicle? my friend wants me to do his car up for him. seems like an older model, its not listed on the alpine site of course. would it be the same as a regular h/u? or would there be something extra involved?
thanks in advance!

a dvd unit that's an 'all in one' (as in the dvd player is the head unit itself, and the screen foltds out or it feeds an external screen... but its got the RCA outs and volume control and all that **** built into it?)
if that's the case, not hard at all... the same as doing any other head unit. only difference is that if it doesn't have a flip out screen (And needs to feed an external screen) then you'll have to run +12 V / ground / and a single RCA cable to the screen from the head unit. no biggie. The Artist formerly known as PoweredByDodge
