    I should point out that this receiver is not MPEG4 compatible. In other words, it won't be able to receive future HD channels from DirecTV nor will it receive the HD locals from satellite feed. These are all in MPEG4. This receiver is MPEG2 only. It was designed to get HD locals from an UHF/VHF antenna.
