Well, i Recently just got a pair of rti10's and my rxv2600 receiver in also.
I need to know if it is OK to bi-amp the speakers using the selectable a-b (speakers)(both can be on btw).
My amp was rated at 122wpc (constant) all channels driven by audioholics. So, in theory, i would be sending my speaker's 244w each.
is this possible?...here is a pic of the back-side of the receiver:

If you use A and B you will not get any more power, they are both running off the same two amp channels, tied together inside the reciever.
And it won't work with zone two either, as the volume control for main and Zone two or three are independent. -
hey thanks

If you go to page 19 of your user guide, you can bi-amp the RTi10s (as I have done with my RX-V2700 and RTi10s). You use the "Front" left and right set of speakers outputs for lets say the bottom posts on the 10s and use the "Surround Back" terminals on the Yammie for the top posts on the 10s. There is a diagram on this page showing you how to do it. You'll also need to remove the binding posts on the speakers as well.
