Behind TV Lighting

I know that some of you have done this but apparently the search feature is failing me, tried TV lighting and mood lighting and different combinations of the like but still nothing.
So, I know some of you have tubes behind your TV to create a backlight....what did you use? I am looking for something bluish and relatively inexpensive.
What did you use?
How did you hardwire it?
Do you like it?
Please post pics if you have any. Figure might as well add some lighting since I'm going to have the walls down anyway.
Thanks,
BL
