I just bought a B&K Reference 20 and need a 5 channel amp. I don't need much power or anything high end as I will be using an Energy Take 5 sub/sat system for speakers. Thanks, Jeff

Why not just buy a receiver with 5.1 and use that? You can get good receivers pretty damned cheap on ebay/craigslist and since you said you don't need a lot of power or hi end stuff they fit the bill perfectly.
You'll pay WAY more for a semi-decent dedicated 5 channel amp. Probably can find a receiver that'll work for you for $100 or so.HT/music rig

Look for a Parasound 855 or HK5500 around $350. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses. I have my eye on a Rotel on Ebay. I am very patient and will wait for a good deal.

Warlocks, how much did you pay for your Ref 20, if you don't mind me asking. I may be going after one to match my ST-1430, and I still have some Carvers for the surrounds.
Just curious, you can PM me if you don't care to post here.
Parasound has some nice amps for $500 - $700, like the HCA-1205 and 855, if that's not too far out of your price range. Carver 405's go cheap from time to time.Stereo Rig: Hales Revelation 3, Musical Fidelity CD-Pre 24, Forte Model 3 amp, Lexicon RT-10 SACD, MMF-5 w/speedbox, Forte Model 2 Phono Pre, Cardas Crosslink, APC H15, URC MX-950, Lovan Stand
