    The only problem with this...

Is AV123 gear is going to have like ZERO resale value. Which is fine with me, I'll pick up a pair of Strata Minis for 700 bucks in a few years since MLS discounts stuff to rediculous prices all the time.

    Rock on MLS.

This "sale" simply demonstrates that the retail price is highly inflated.

    Definitely.

That Taylos are going no where fast. My first "REAL" speaker purchase ---

The only way they will leave is if I trade them in for bigger, badder Tylers...

Which I am HIGHLY thinking about...
    super_rm_lg1.jpg

But the Taylos are so darn good. I like em man. I like em!

But I do want a pair of Strata Mini's to try - but there is no chance in hell I'm paying 2 grand for those. Especially when I know their resale value is shot to hell.

Like Polk's hold their value or something? Not many speakers hold their value.
    I purchased LSi9's for $499 a pair. Retail is $1149 a pair.

Where did you get your Lsi9s for $499? Were they new or used?

I think the mini stratas look (and likely sound) awesome. I'm hoping the prices just keep dropping. Not sure what the big fuss is. The lower the better for those interested in buying.
