Go freakin' figure. I just shipped 6 albums to Polk65 in California. Media mail right. $3.90 which isn't bad, Jersey to California. I also shipped 4 albums to hearingimpared in Delaware. Not even 100 miles. $3.56

The post office is out of control.

    makes no sense..i think they give you different rates on their own whim some times. like tomorrow if you ship the same albums, it would only cost $3.29 and $3.03 repectively. it's insane i tell youl.

    I don't mind the rates, but from my experience media mail takes too long. I've had it take up to 3 weeks.

    I'm predicting the USPS will eventually be outsourced to UPS or FedEx or DHL who can probably do it cheaper and more efficiently, at least in the short run.
