CS1 Vibrating Cabinet

I have a CS1 center channel speaker that is, on certain frequencies, causing the entire wooden entertainment center to vibrate. I need some type of pad to isolate it from the shelf it sits on. I don't have much height to work with, so it can't be more than 1/2" thick.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
