Free 2.2 Firmware Update Disk for Toshiba A1/XA1 HD DVD Players

Hello,

I just recently received the 2.2 firmware update disk from Toshiba, they actually sent me doubles.

Anyone who has one of these players and is in need of a disk, let me know.

    I do, I think you sent me the first disk!
    My HT set-up Panasonic front proj, 120 in ws screen, ATI amp,Integra 9.8 pre-pro, 2 Polk rti150, cp 1000, 4 fx 1000, Pioneer blu-ray 2 SVS sub pb 12-ultra 2, & Paragon popcorn popper. ps 3 Coaster leather HT recliners.

    I'll take one next. I have the XA1.

    Does it help with load time, freezing, or what?

    I haven't played around with it to much, I believe it might of speed up the boot/load time a hair? Suppose to fix the DVI issues.

    I just got this disc in the mail a few days ago but have yet to do the update. I'm waiting until after my movie night tomorrow night with a bunch of neighbors, just incase.
    If...
    Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
    Ron loves a film = don't even rent.

    Andy,

    For some reason I can't seem to burn a copy? Any ideas?

    How about I send a disk to (dholmes) since he asked first, then he can send the disk to you upon completion?

    Sound like a plan guys? Otherwise, you guys could always connect to the ethernet port if in a hurry.
