Think I posted this before in wrong thread. I have the Parasound A51 amp and C2 controller. I am not getting any sound out of my front speakers or the center , only sound is from the rear. I checked all the connections. Amp and controller hooked up useing XLR cables and all the speaker wire with banana plugs all tight.tried two sources my DVD and the Sirius satalite, still only sound from the rear speakers. Any suggestions . Thanks for your help.

You posted in the wrong section (again) - this should be in the Troubleshooting section.

Also, posting brand and model number usually helps.

If you are sure that you haven't 'disabled' any options in menus, then you will need to contact the manufacturer or the audio shop where you bought the amp to get it repaired.

Parasound A51 amp and C2 controller, I think that qualifies for brand and model #.?

donedroolin, If everything is hooked up correctly, there can only be a problem with the pre/pro or the amp. I doubt you have 3 blown channels, but to be sure you can hook up your rear speakers outputs to the other channels to test.

Chances are you have something misconfigured in the menu giving you only surround sound. Be sure you have all inputs set to balanced (XLR), on my stuff it is a separate selection called B1. Also try a 5 or 7 channel stereo selection to make sure it is not the amp or your hook ups.

If all else fails, check your manual.

I would check all the settings in the pre/pro carefully. I would also try switching channels on the amp (temporarily) and also try switching speakers too to determine if the problem lies in the amp, pre/pro, or elsewhere.
