PS3 green speckle issue?

I have my PS3 hooked up to my Denon AVR-887 via HDMI, which is then connected to my Samsung LN-S4595D via HDMI.
The PS3 is set to HDMI 1080p and the TV is also showing 1080p.
For some reason at all times there is a strange random set of green speckles all over the screen. None of my other devices have this issue, and while its not real obvious, its not normal, or can't be.
What do I do fix this? (Btw, I did update the PS3 to the latest software)

Did you try other resolutions? How about systematically taking things out of the loop like the AVR? Trying systematic changes might narrow down the problem.

I've tried hooking it up direct, switching out HDMI cables, same issue.
Odd thing is, its only when I play a Blu-Ray movie or afterwards. If I go into Folding@Home, its gone, and looks great, till I play a movie again. -
How about watching upscaled dvds? Same problem? Do you have another TV in the house you could try it on? Have a friend bring a small flat panel over or another ps3? May be something funny with HDCP as mutelight said above.
