You all might know about this. I just found it. It brings up every craigslist, but many do not have results for your search. Still it is faster than going to every individual list.

    There is also "crazedlist.org" which is for the US mainly. You can pick cities and search them. That's what I use the majority of the time.

    I just noticed the link I gave has options for US and other continents...also can get actual listings with longer, slower search.

    "This search may take a long time as it has to perform the requested search for each location and return the results. This could take anywhere from 20 seconds to 5 minutes."

    Google is also a pretty good alternative....

    crazedlist works great, but you have to be using Firefox with the developers plugin set to "disable referrers". Craigslist doesn't like these external search engines and blocks their IP after a short time.
