Depends on what you are trying to accomplish here?? Need HDMI??
If I had any speaker in the RTi line, I'd get probably get an H/K. I had RTi8's for a short time with my Pioneer VSX-74TXVi and I thought my ears were gonna fall off. I'm sure it's the same if not worse with the Yammy. -

The 9's are a laid back speaker. I have mine off a Yamaha and I like the sound. The Rti's are real bright though and the yammi would only make them worse. Check out some of the less mass marketed brands like AVR's from Adcom, Outlaw, Rotel, etc. They will have a better amp section anyway.Michael
