just saw thiels being sold @ C'field. Nice speakers but man do they cost. Any takes on these speakers for HT. Would they be an upgrade from RTi12s?

The clarity of Theils is exceptional. Must have reasonable amp to drive them though. Highly recommend.

What kind of amps does Crutchfield sell? I always thought it was funny that Polk sells their LSi in stores that don't sell the proper amplification.

I would LOVE to see Adcom or NAD offered at the same stores that sell Polk LSi. Part of the reason is that I want to audition a set, but the best amps that any of the places that offer LSi are onkyo and denon. That is not a very fair audition, the other part of the reason is that other people should be able to hear what these speakers are capable of IN THE SHOWROOM; polk would probably sell more of them.

I was surprised when I got my latest catalog from them and saw they were selling PS Audio seperates.
