Totem Acoustic Thunder Subwoofer?

How do you guys feel about the Totem Thunder Subwoofer? I'm debating buying one of these over the new 13" SVS subs. I have Totem Rainmakers and aboslutely love them. In fact, when I get a chance, I will be moving up to the Forest line. Until then, I want a good sub to round out my bottom end. Totem does such an amazing job creating music with their speakers, could they do the same job with their subs?
I'm trying to understand the 2 passive radiator design. Does anyone know how it works? I can't find any articles.

Its unique front-firing active driver shares external cone topography, materials and features with the two flanking passive units. This we believe allows for a more informative and continuous energy flow.
Designed for cinema/surround applications where it excels, it nonetheless performs admirably well as a bass module for stereo or multichannel audio use.

Will the sub be used for 2-channel music only? If so, I'd give it a try. Yes I'm primarily using it for 2 Channel. It will be paired with Totem Rainmakers and LSi15s. I have an Adcom GFA-600 speaker switcher. As I couldn't pick which set I liked better.

Get the totem sub... I think it would be more "synergistic" since it is made by totem.
Hehe, I also have an adcom selector (GFS-3), they are good selectors aren't they... it's nice to be able to "play" with a few sets of speakers.
