For sale is a “modded” Monster PC1000 power conditioner in very good condition. I have been using this power conditioner for my HT system. This unit has been “modded” by reducing the length of the cord from 8 ft. to slightly less than 4 feet because the cord was unnecessarily long for my application. I also added a hospital grade connector. This unit currently sells for $149 here: http://www.ramelectronics.net/HTML/MPPC1000.html

Price is $49 shipped CONUS. PayPal is preferred.

Designed by world-renowned AC power expert Richard Marsh, Monster's Clean Power circuitry uses sophisticated non-resonant filters to reduce RFI, EMI and other distortions typically found on the AC power line. One filter bank offers extreme low-noise filtering, the other radically wide-band filtering. And each bank of filters is isolated from each other! The PC 1000 is made of heavy, industrial-grade aluminum for rugged, long-lasting protection, performance, and convenience. You'll get everything you paid for without wasting your business day dealing with lock-ups, computer crashes, data loss, and other pollution-related power line problems.

PC1000 Specifications:

• Stage 2 Clean Power Circuitry engineered for Home Office applications offers superior system and peripheral performance, helping prevent computer lock-ups and crashes.
• Four unswitched outlets provide 500 watts of isolated, filtered clean power
• Color-coded outlets for easy identification
• "Ground OK" indicator shows if house wiring is properly grounded
• Phone/Fax/DSL line surge protection
• Four switched outlets provide 1500 watts of isolated, filtered clean power
• "Protection On" indicator
• Coax protection for cable modem, cable TV and satellite connections
• Color-coded labels prevent data loss from inadvertent disconnection
• 1665 joule rating provides highest level of surge absorption
• Width: 18.5 in.; height: 2.5 in.; depth: 4.8 in.
