What do you guys think about the speakers? I've always wanted a pair of vintage SDAs. Are these worth it?

Not rare by any means, although the example in the auction seems to be a very clean pair, and certainly priced well.

Baby SRS, what else is there to say? They sound great.

    Cheers,

Can I power these with my NAD C272?

No SDA cable is included, but you can buy one from Polk. As long as your NAD is common ground, you're golden.

Not rare by any means, I have two pair and I know another who has two pair, and I know another who has a pair and so on and so on and so on. Too bad you live in Ohio I have my CRSs up for sale, local pick up only. These have the two soft dome tweeter upgrade as well as the Vampire binding post upgrade.

Actually, the speakers in question use the blade/blade version, but you are correct that a regular interconnect will not work.

Perfect, I'll make sure to scrape off all the varnish first so the little guys don't get sick.

Thanks for the correction, after this week, I am lucky to remember what my name is....The only thing harder than getting into the Army is getting out...Talk about hassle..Maybe when I get this new job that actually pays me, I can afford a pair of these...

not rare at all.. but they do like good to me. Seems like the CRS's are a favorite of the SDA crowd.
