The finale sucked.

Why was everyone so concerned about saving that punk-**** kid? And the way it ended -- what the hell was that all about?

There were 3 or 4 good episodes the entire season.
HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50” LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

Agreed. I think they just tried too hard all season, and the finale was no different. I wonder if I would have felt the same about this season if it had been, like, season 2? Rather than a retread of every season so far.

One of the biggest problems with the season I think is that you didn't care about ANYONE. At least in the past there were characters aside from Jack who you could actually give a crap if they live or die.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Fully agree; this season was so not worth watching it. And Kim never showed up ;)

I really lost intrest this season when they did the whole Audrey nonsense. Used to love this show but it is time to shut it down. Ricky Shroeder was terrible.

The show definately jumped the shark. For me it was the episode where he was torturing his brother. That was it... From that point on it just got worse and worse. My wife and I didn't even bother for half the episodes after that.
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

OK, so did anyone like the finale?

I finally got around to watching it last night, and was expecting the worst as I've heard nothing but bad things about it.

I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. It wasn't as action packed as the others have been, but I still enjoyed it. I liked the ending as well, how they didn't leave you hanging until next season really.

It's still my favorite show on network TV, and I'm looking forward to season 7.

I can't even fathom how after this season this show can even be in anyone's top five network shows.

In no specific order, Heroes, Lost, The Office, even stuff like Bones is more entertaining.
