Hello everyone, I have a pair of Monitor 30. I want to use it as my computer speaker, can anyone suggest a good 2 ch amp for the job? I just need something small and not to expensive.
Thanks in advance, Ulpian

Define not expensive ?

Look for a T-Amp. There's the cheap one on Amazon, better - more expensive DIY kits and then a beefier one from Sonic impact, also on Amazon.

several members have used the sonic t-amp, they eventually sold them, moving on to other things, however, if you use the search function you will see some positive notes on them. I mean it is what it is, cheap power, that gets the job done, a computer set up would be a targeted application.
You can find a few NAD products on Audiogon.com, the power envelope series provides excellent value and true high current design.
Other's on the usual list include:
carver
adcom
Have fun and enjoy your new Polk Speakers and Welcome to Club Polk.

Speaking of NADs, I have one available in the FS thread, a nice 902 in great working and cosmetic condition for a fair price. Let me know if you're interested, I don't think anyone has dibs at this point.
