Has anyone heard of these. These were sent over from a security and home-theater installer my client hired. (I'm the architect) The room is vaulted so the speakers will be ceiling mount angle to match the sloped ceiling. (30degrees +/-). The room is 20'x24' tray ceiling at 12'

The system will be 50/50 HT/M. He listens to Jazz and blues. They are only showing component type round speakers for the ceiling.

Any input would be appreciated.

Their website is pretty wild...I didn't know that speakers had souls. They seem to use "premium and exotic components" and are "engineered with the most advanced features and technologies".

I would be questioning them, I can't seem to find any reviews or info on them. Basic info on the site and lots of sales pitches...not much else.

I have a bunch of them in my whole house system inside and out. They are very good for the price. I just replaced my 6 1/2" rear surrounds in my home theater with their 8" model. It looks like a well built speaker for $ 129.00 for the pair. I believe they even have a cast magnesium basket.
I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D

How much of an improvement is the 8", if any?

I hope they come with grills. Are the 8" $129 a pair???

They were running a special a last month for $129.00 for the pair and yes they come with grills. I just did not think anyone would want to see a ceiling speaker with the grills on. I really have not had a good chance to demo the 8" as more than just a surround for television shows at this point.
