Which amp for new JM Labs bookshelves?

I just picked up a pair of JM Labs/Focal Chorus 707s bookshelves on clearance. I am using a TEC TC-754 pre-amp and an Audiosource One/A amp. This system is hooked up to my computer/iPod and is in my office.
Shoud I replace the Audiosource amp with something better known, such as an adcom 535/545? I read about adcoms, rotels, and carvers, and many other brands in this forum, but rarely hear about Audiosource. Comparing specs my audiosource looks similiar to other amps, but I know that specs can lie.
Would my JM Labs Cobalt 806s' in my main rig benefit from an external amp, as opposed being powered by my Onk 701?
Thanks for the advice.

I just finished wiring the new speakers, and realized that the left channel of the amp is not working. Which is annoying.
So the question is no longer "Should I replace?" but instead "What should I replace with?" -
What's your budget? You may try looking at the smaller Parasound amps...
What about just using a nice integrated amp instead? The Music hall A25.2 I just picked up is very nice...grabbed it from AudioAdvisor -
Budget is 400 or less, which is not all that much. However, used is okay. I also dont think that I need anything too powerful.
I am pretty happy with my pre-amp, and would rather get more amp for my money than buy an integrated. -
How efficient are those speakers, what about resistance?
-
Frequency response (+/- 3dB): 50 Hz - 28kHz
Sensitivity (2,8 V/1 m): 92 dB
Nominal impedance: 8 Ohms
Crossover: 2400 Hz
Power handling: 100 W
Dimensions: 19.3" high, 9.2" wide, 11.8" deep -
those are fairly efficient and easy to drive, based on the specs.
You may want to look at a tube amp. They sound good, look really cool, and can be had for not too much money, some would fall in your price range.
Other than that, maybe try something along the lines of a Parasound HCA1000A - that's not their best effort, but would drive those speakers nicely.
