CSi5

I am a little frustrated with the use of my 5jr+ as a center. Appearance as much as anything since it has to sit down on the floor in front of the TV stand for the big screen. So, I'm thinking about the csi5. Any recommendations on this? I saw in the threads that a couple people were having an occasional tweeter problem. There are some ebay dealers with good prices, but I assume they are not authorized dealers and are evil? Thanks.

I'm selling my CSi5 on ebay right now. The speaker has never ever done anything, but sound great. Its the best center channel I have ever had. No tweeter problems whatsoever. I recommend picking up one whole-heartedly. The only reason I'm selling mine is to focus on a more gratifying 2 channel rig.

Did you try the Monitor5's not jr for center and the CSI5 is very good.

Since I just moved the 5s to the utility room, I will give them a go soon. The issue is more of placement than the speaker itself. I really have no where but the floor to place them unless I build a shelf behind my TV. For DVDs that make a heavy use of center, especially for vocals, I find myself looking down at the center speakers instead of the screen.

Hope I am not stepping on toes here, but how does the CSi5, compare CS 400I that I have now or the CSi 140.
