Need a couple CD recomendations

I'm looking for a couple of each, John Mayer and Allison Krauss.

Which CDsof theirs do you like the best. I just picked up mayer's Continuum, but there were like 10 Alison Krauss CDs to choose from, which ones do you like?

    I don't think you can go wrong with any Alison Krauss. I kind of depends on how much Bluegrass you want. Her earlier stuff is very strong with mandolin, banjo, fiddle, and country twang. However, she does have some very good mainstream music, especially on A Hundred Miles or More, the compilation that was released earlier this year.

    probably her mainstream stuff is what I'm looking for, will check out that CD you mentioned.

    The John Mayer I picked up today is pretty good, but was hoping for something a bit more blues-ish

    I like all three of these but if you are going to buy 1, get Alison Krauss & Union Station Live.
    **All of these are Bluegrass / Country style music, you may want to listen first.
